Company history

2009-2010

• Dynamic sales development
• Expansion of the machine park, increase in employment, rental of warehouse rooms with an area of 350m².

2011

• Establishment of a new entity: Caffaro W. Szafarski i Wspólnicy Sp. J.
• Relocation of production machines to the hall with an area of 400 m². Further increase in sales, employment and company equipment.

2012-2013

• Renting a location in Kazimierza Wielka with an area of 1000 m² and moving the warehouse and offices there – together, offices, warehouse and production in the area. 1400 m².
• Launch of the first laser marking line.

2014

• Purchase of real estate with an area of 1 hectar with old industrial buildings in Słonowice near Kazimierz Wielka.
• Dynamic sales growth, development of offers and machinery.
• Obtaining the ISO 9001 certificate.
• Participation in the Automechanika Frankfurt fair.

2015

• Completion of the renovation of the hall in Słonowice and moving the machines to their own premises.
• Caffaro has its own production hall with an area of 800 m² and a rented warehouse and office hall with an area of 1,000 m².
• Further dynamic growth in sales, offer and equipment.

2016

• Construction of a new hall in Słonowice with an area of 1500 m². Relocation of the warehouse and offices to Słonowice – Caffaro is exclusively located in the area. 2300 m².
• Purchase of modern injection molding machines.
• Expansion of own tool shop.
• Automechanika Frankfurt trade fair.

2017

• Commencement of construction of another hall with an area of 3000 m².
• Purchase of two Haas CNC turning centers and Nomura – creation of its own CNC machining department.
• Further renovation and expansion of the machine park forced by the dynamic increase in sales and rapid development of the offer.

2018

• Obtaining the IATF 16949 certificate at TUV SUD.
• More CNC machining centers, injection molding machines and presses.
• Participation in the Automechanika Frankfurt fair.
• Rapid development of the offer, increase in sales and employment. Further expansion of the tool shop.
• Purchase of an industrial plot of 2.0 h for further expansion of the company.

2019

• EU project “Pulleys for combustion engines, micro and mild-hybrid” – industrial research and implementation of our own patented solutions for innovative methods of heat removal from pulleys into production.
• Purchase of industrial real estate 0.6h with an old hall about the area 1,400 m² – renovation begins.
• Creating your own design and research laboratory.
• Achieving employment of approximately 100 employees.
• Increased equipment with new CNC machining centers, injection molding machines and presses – the company has, among others:
  – 7 CNC machining centers,
  – 10 injection molding machines,
  – 11 eccentric, hydraulic presses  and pneumatic,
  – tool shop fully equipped with conventional machines and devices.

2020

• Obtaining a PATENT for the invention titled V-belt pulley and method of dissipating heat from the pulley’s bearing.
• Silver medal in the INTARG 2020 Competition as part of the 13th International Fair of Inventions and Innovations INTARG.

2021

• Signing the Financing Agreement with BGK (Technology Loan) and starting the project implementation.
• Main prize in the Świętokrzyskie Rationalizer Competition of December 21, 2021 for the patent titled V-belt roller  and a method of dissipating heat from the roller bearing.
• Award in the Świętokrzyski Rationalizer Competition of December 21, 2021 for the submitted invention titled A method of producing a belt roller bushing, a belt roller bushing produced by this method and a multi-V belt roller.
• Obtaining the ISO 14001:2015 certificate

2022

• Obtaining a PATENT for the invention titled A method of producing a belt roller bushing, a belt roller bushing produced by this method and a multi-V belt roller
• Economic Award of the Forum Vision of Development in the category: Innovation (Gdynia June 20-21, 2022)
• PLATINUM and GRAND PRIX in the International Invention Competition PRIX EIFFEL 2022 organized by the French Federation of Inventors, French
• Association of Inventors Europe France Inventeurs and Eurobusiness-Haller (November 15-17, 2022, Paris, France)
• Purchase of three more building plots in Gabułtów.

2023

• Positive completion of R&D projects and technological

• Obtaining certificates of compliance with the following standards: EN 1090-1, EN 15085-2, and EN ISO 3834-2
• Getting the welding equipment for workshop and welding process implementation.
• Participation in the Automechanika Frankfurt fair
